As this week is Children’s Mental Health Week, I would like you to choose a sports activity which you enjoy.

Here are some ideas,

  1. Go for a nice walk with your family.

  4. Set up an obstacle course.
  5. Learn a Just Dance or Kids Bop routine.
  6. How many times can you nutmeg a chair in a minute? Kick a ball through the legs of a chair as many times as you can in a minute.

  8. Play ‘the floor is lava.’
