Today we are looking at Magic 10/20 words. If you are getting them all correct, you can move onto the next group’s words, BUT you need to LET ME KNOW and SHOW ME!

Group 1

Today in spellings I would like you to write the words out in your best handwriting and then colour in the vowels.

Phonics

Over the last 2 weeks, we have been looking at Phase 5 sounds. Lets see what you can remember. I would like you to complete the Phase 5 sound mat and write the word to match the picture (to go with the missing sound) and a word of your own. I have done one for you:

Maths Meeting

At the beginning of this week, I said we were going to learn 3 more of our times tables.

We have looked at the 3x table and the 4x table so today we are going to look at the 8x table.

Work our the correct answer and write the calculations out in your books in the correct order. If drawing pictures will help you then that is a good idea!

Reading

I would like you to watch this short film and then complete the task below.
