SPAG (15 minutes): Its and It’s
After looking at your writing last week, I have noticed that some people are making some minor mistake with its and it’s. Today we will be looking at how to use its and it’s in the correct context. Complete the following task below.
Writing (45 minutes): To create a setting description
This week you are going to create a setting description using the five senses. Each day you will focus on a different sense and create a detailed paragraph about the setting using that sense. You will choose one of the three pictures below and today you will describe what you can smell. Once you have picked a picture, use the video below to help you.
Maths Meeting: Recapping missing angles (15 minutes)
Maths: Decimals (45 minutes)
Today you are moving onto subtracting decimals. You are doing very well with your decimals, so keep it up and make sure you are understanding the columns.
Challenge – True or False
Reading – Today, I am going to read you a story. Once I have read the story I have a little task for you to complete. This is a fun task and I want you to put lots of effort into it.
Log onto Marvellous Me and look at the Children’s Mental Health week task I have set for today. It is a really nice one and I would love to see all of your wonderful pictures of you ‘expressing yourself’.
I am proud of your efforts.
